Description
Here is factory installed on the assembly line 1969 RS Camaro air cleaner assembly. It has been stored indoors for decades. There is no rust through and not a ding anywhere on it! Lots of patina and chipped paint with the original decal still readable. This was installed by GM on my personal 1969 RS convertible Camaro that was a 350C.I. 250 h.p. 2 barrel engine mated to a turbo 350 transmission. I still have the car. The rubber seal on the lid is in extremely good condition. The base is date ink stamped on the underside 2 9 007 for February 1969. Included is the original nice heat riser tube. Also included is a still very good air filter. Also included is the side of the base orange Fram air filter. The AC plastic piece (flapper door controller) in the base is very nice and likely functional. These are always broken or missing. The hot air flapper door inside the snorkel does still move under tension. This is about a nice survivor and complete 1969 Camaro air cleaner assembly as exists today. Note: I do have the original carburetor from my car that is listed separately. FREE shipping in the lower 48 states including global shipping eligible. All others pay actual shipping charges.
