We bought this awesome machine on December 8, 2022 from Williams-Sonoma. It sells for about $500+tax new. It works perfectly and was used to make approximately 1-4 coffee capsules weekly since it was delivered, and always de-scaled when (rarely) auto-prompted by the machine. We are only selling it because we are switching to a different Nespresso machine which takes a different capsule type. (This machine takes Original / OriginalLine pods!) The machine has been freshly de-scaled with Nespresso's de-scaling kit and an "empty" cycle run to dry the pump & lines out for shipping. This machine was only used with filtered water in Seattle, which has a neutral water supply (not hard, not soft, basically Nespresso hardness level of ~1 on their test strips). Therefore, there is no limescale or other mineral build-up in the unit. The unit comes with a chrome rotating Original Pod storage tray which holds approximately 4 sleeves of Original Pods ( 40 capsules on display, 1 box or 10 capsules tucked in the center , 50 capsules total ). No capsules/pods included. The unit has faint scratches on the drip tray but no discernible marks on the body, back, top, sides, or display - it's almost like new. Refer to photos.
